Welcome to the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association member portal! HACIA is proud to be a champion and industry leader for the growing and thriving minority construction and professional services community. Through our work, we are supporting the next generation of young leaders, fortifying relational bridges, and continuing our advocacy with stakeholders toward closing the diversity gap and dismantling barriers within our industry. We will seize the opportunity to help shape the future of construction by empowering and advocating for our members and inspiring and supporting the next generation of construction leaders.

We are committed to expanding opportunities for engagement and building meaningful relations for our members. We are committed to ensuring greater inclusion and equity is at the forefront with the influx of capital dollars. We will seek greater pathways in the private sector for our members through collaborative partnerships.
